Prior to joining Settle Meyer Law, Harrison practiced complex commercial litigation at a large Honolulu-based firm. Harrison has developed a particular skill set handling disputes related to construction and design, zoning and land use, commercial leasing, property damage claims, and all aspects of real estate development and property workout.
Before entering private practice, Harrison worked for a Honolulu-based startup company focused on digital software development, and he clerked for the Honorable Virginia L. Crandall of the Oahu First Circuit Court of Hawaii. Harrison’s varied background across multiple practice areas allows him to provide well-rounded service to his clients, including a concurrent analysis of both practical and legal-based solutions.
Harrison is adept at assisting clients through every phase of their construction and real estate development – providing guidance for every decision, identifying options and alternative solutions to avoid mistakes that could result in costly litigation. When disputes arise, he handles all manner of lawsuits, arbitrations, and mediations.
