To accomplish this result, Ian’s practice generally encompasses the areas of contract and property law.
For several years after graduating law school, Ian honed his legal skills as an associate attorney at a national Am 200 law firm located in Florida, where he acted as a transactional attorney and litigator for some of the largest financial institutions and insurance companies in the United States. In 2014, Ian opened a solo legal and business consulting practice focusing on addressing the legal needs of technology and socially purposed startups, growth stage companies, and real estate developers. During that time, he was also the co-founder of several technology and real estate startups that he helped successfully raise seed financing.
This combination of legal and business experience provides Ian with greater insight into the needs of his clients and the viability of alternative approaches to realizing their goals. He is more than just an attorney, he is also a business strategist and consultant, with a keen desire to achieve successful outcomes.
