Profile

Natalie understands the importance of having a trusted legal advisor and focuses her transactional practice on providing practical, responsive and dependable counsel to her clients in real estate, finance, business and intellectual property law. She routinely advises clients on real estate acquisitions and sales, project financing for lenders and borrowers, title and project due diligence, urban development projects, renewable energy developments and commercial leasing.

Prior to joining Settle Meyer Law, Natalie co-founded and operated Business Law Corps, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit legal organization, established to assist entrepreneurs and small business owners increase their access to the legal system, and to foster economic development.

A Polish and South African immigrant, Natalie applies lessons learned from her background to bridge cultural gaps and meet the unique challenges of doing in business in a variety of locales – including Hawai’i, California and the Puget Sound region. She works closely with her clients to understand their specific needs and provide expedient solutions.
