Cheyne has also spent time working on internationaltransaction and international arbitration & litigation matters as a law clerk at a top 10 South Korean lawfirm. Cheyne’s firsthand experience navigating the unique challenges businesses face in multi-culturalenvironments has proven extremely valuable to the firm’s clients.Born and raised in Hilo, Hawaii by the owners of a small business, and having earned an MBA from theUniversity of Hawaii in addition to his JD, Cheyne has a unique understanding of the needs andperspectives of Hawaii’s local people and companies. Cheyne enjoys applying his local and internationalexperiences in helping clients understand and resolve a myriad of legal issues in Hawaii’s unique, multi-cultural legal and business landscapes.
